How long does it take to complete my order?
Each order will be filled within 1-2 business days upon receipt and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to verify your order has been shipped unless your products are back ordered. Any back ordered/out of stock/special order items will slow down the order because we do not ship orders until they are completely filled unless requested to do so (additional shipping charges may apply.)

What shipping companies do you use and how much is shipping?
We ship your products through UPS, FEDEX, and USPS. Your shipping cost is calculated upon check out and varies depending on weight and size and the method you choose to ship your purchased products.

What sales tax rate do I pay?
If you live in the state of Oklahoma and your address in Oklahoma is where you are having the package shipped you will pay Oklahoma state sales tax rate. If you live anywhere else you will pay you local use tax(if applicable, check with your state tax commission on rates.)

Can I return my items if I am not satisfied?
Most of the time, yes! As long as your items are within the condition terms of our returns policy.

What happens if my shipment is damaged?
If an item is damaged in transit please contact us first. We need to contact the shipping company to establish a claim before the item can be returned. It is our priority to take care of you as our customer above all, so please give us the opportunity to take care of your concern properly.
